We went to a breakfast buffet and there was a big dish of charos but since there was no chocolate dipping sauce, I took a pass.  Yours were dee-lish!</description>

		<description>Cindy -- Glad you like them!  I use a tripod on which my Nikon D80 camera is mounted.  The camera has a 18-135mm lens that allows me to keep the camera at a distance yet take closeup photos (and even if it&#039;s not closeup, I can always crop it later to show the closeup for the 500 x 336 pixel photos you see here.) I also have a UV filter fitted on the lens of the camera so that if ever dirt or oil comes in contact with it, the lens is protected.  Also, one other thing that ROCKS this entire setup is the infrared remote control that I use with the camera.  Before I cook, I already have the camera focused on the pan and set to take shots through the infrared remote.  I adjust the focus every now and then, and maybe move the tripod with camera if I need to move around, but that&#039;s it.  It&#039;s a pretty coordinated thing to do once you get the hang of it.  The remote is in my pocket and for every step I try to click it to take at least 2 shots.
