Syd -- Oh I'm SO happy to hear that! I'm glad it worked out well for you. Now you can make garlic fried rice in a snap. :-)

I just made this -- WOW. It was good. I mean I knew it would be good, but I didn't know it would be that good. I especially liked the rice. Then again we are garlic fanatics at my house.

Arnold -- That's so nice to know! I'm glad you're making some culinary progress through our kitchen experiments.

Syd -- I sent you an email. Yes, it's already cooked rice.

Maybe a dumb question but want to make sure, is the rice already cooked before you fry it with the garlic? That's my assumption but I want to make sure before I make it.

All my friends want to know how come my culinary knowledge is improving by the day. I tell them it is the chef in my that is only awakening now. Little do they know that it is my visits to your site that is making me an expert. Recently I tried one of your Spanish recipes with great success, now I am going to try this easy Chinese recipe. Pretty soon I will be an international culinary expert. :-)
