Intermission: Sedona sights

Hello! Thanks for visiting our little corner of the web. If you want to stay up-to-date with our posts, you can subscribe to our RSS feed or you can also subscribe to our almost-monthly newsletter. Have a great day!

[Not food related unless you count the raw meat fed to the tigers. Hah.] Here are photos I took during our trip to Sedona, AZ. Most are taken at the Out Of Africa Wildlife Park, where we spent half of our Saturday afternoon with giraffes, lions, zebras, rhinos, etc. There are even action shots from the “Tiger Splash” when tigers played and jumped into a pool. That was awesome. Enjoy all 130 photos of them. :-)

Amazing pictures! I love tigers. If I had a ranch I’d have a family of them. Hehehe.

Ben — I’m the same as you. Love love love them. I held baby Siberian tigers before and I wanted to take them home!

Life sure is funny sometimes. I as a South African, live only about 4 hours drive from some of the greatest game reserves in Southern Africa. What do I do, I visit an American site to view African animals. I should really give some thought to blogging less.

Great photos by the way. You should come visit SA and come get some pics of these animals in their natural surroundings.

    Wonderful pictures.

Like Arnold, I live in South Africa and have wonderful reserves not that far away.

Also tigers are not from Africa but we do have some breeding schemes here so that areas in Asia where they are extinct can be re-populated.

Arnold — That’s interesting. I find that we take for granted what we have in our own backyard sometimes. :) Thanks! I wish…maybe sometime in the future. That would rock.

Jackie — How cool — have you been to any of them? Thanks for this tidbit, I never knew that. I lover learning about this stuff.
