1I’ll be reading your How We Take Food Photos series. I’ve learned a good deal in the last months, but I still have a long way to go.

2Can’t wait to read about the braised beef tongue! Depending on your review, I’m really eager to try it out. The only lengua I’ve ever had has just been in taco truck tacos. :)

3me too, I can’t wait for the beef tongue recipe :) I’ve never cooked it before and I’m hoping if I see if often enough maybe I’ll muster up enough courage to buy beef tongue.

5Ben — Cool. Teddy will take part. :)
K — In a truck tacos? Wow. The only truck tacos mommy tried were in Hawaii, but no tongue.
JMom — This recipe really challenged my mommy. Teddy didn’t look…yucky.
arnold — We will do the best we can!
