A friend of mine is married to a woman from China, so they are quite particular about Chinese cuisine. They swear that Vancouver has the best selection of Asian-focused restaurants on the West coast. The Indian food choices are also apparently exceptional (something that is sorely lacking here in Portland). Wishing you a very speedy recovery!
