Elle -- Ouch. I hate it when that happens. :p I haven't tried making frozen yogurt from regular yogurt because we're so happy with the results we're getting from the greek one. Hehe.

Jen -- Hahaha...yeah. I'm going to try the 2% next. Two batches to make this week. We are so addicted. I've seen a roasted banana recipe before. I'm starting with simple flavors for now to avoid giving Dan a 'shock' therapy of flavors. :p I hear ya. We are getting overcrowded with gadgets in our kitchen as well.

Apollo -- Thanks. LOL. Trust me, taking the photos before eating is torture enough for me.

This is another great recipe that just makes me want to take a bite out of my screen...lol. I love frozen yoghurt and the honey sure sounds like it will give it the extra kick.

I'm so glad to read that the honey worked! Though full-fat anything often does the trick when it comes to taste :)

When summer comes around again in the southern hemisphere, I might be borrowing my friend's icecream maker* to give this a whirl! I'm already pondering other fruit variations to the recipe (bannana, mango - I can't help it, my foodie brain always goes into 'but what if I did it that way?' mode when I read a recipe!).

*(I refuse to buy another appliance for my already overcrowded / no storage space small apartment kitchen - particularly when she never uses hers!).

Jens last blog post..<a href="http://jen.realityfuel.org/index.php/?p=96" rel="nofollow">The usual Wednesday crash</a>

I'd love a bowl of that! I always get such a kick out of making frozen yogurt, but I haven't made any in ages. The last time i did, my husband left it out on the counter overnight. *rolling eyes* And I didn't have greek yogurt then, either, so I'm really going to have to give this a try!
