[...] Light and Super Creamy No-Bake Cheesecake | Gourmeted.com Place cream cheese, granulated sugar and lemon juice In a large bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment (you can use a hand mixer as well). Mix on low to break down the cream cheese for 30 seconds, and increase to medium speed for another 1 minute. Scrape the sides of the bowl and add sour cream, whipping cream, Greek yogurt and vanilla extract. Mix on medium for 30 seconds, scrape the sides, and on medium-high speed for 2 minutes, until smooth and fluffy. [...]

I do have a question about this: I don't think we have Gelatin Crystals, but we do certainly have Gelatin Powder, and it is Knox brand. So what I was wondering is if you might possibly know the equivelance I need to use for the recipe using Knox Gelatin Powder? Okay, thanks! Can't wait to try it!

Hi!

Cake looks so delicious! I would like to do this for my friend on her birthday but I have few problems. First thing is that I live in Finland and I don't know where I could find gelatin crystals here. I have always used gelatin sheets so how many of those is needed for this cake? Also I have only one springform pan and it is a little bit bigger than 8 inches. It is 24 centimeters which is roughly 9,5 inches. I can't figure out how much I should make filling and all, double sounds too much and so does one and half. If you could help me I would be very very grateful beecause this is exactly kind of cake my friend would love!!
