This is an Irish Chocolate cupcake from Sprinkles Cupcakes: Belgian dark chocolate cake topped with Bailish Irish cream cheese frosting. It’s very good! If you’re anywhere near one of their shops and want to try this (I highly recommend it), it’s available only until today.
